• For each paper accepted for presentation, whether oral or poster, one registration fee is required (50 € or 70 €)
• The deadline for the fee payment regarding the accepted papers, is 31 July 2017
• The participants should indicate when registering that they wish to receive the proceedings in hard copy. The additional cost for the hard copy version of the conference proceedings is 30 €.
• Students must provide a proof of their student status (e.g. student ID)

The registration includes:

• congress bag and proceedings in electronic form

• opening ceremony reception
  
• coupons for the coffee breaks
