The bank transfer receipt must necessarily state the Code Number of the Project (Congress) at the A.U.A. Research Committee, which is: 03-0008 and the name of the participant to the Congress.
Congress participants are kindly requested to send proof of bank deposit to the Congress' Organizing Committee by completing the bank deposit form, to activate their account on the Congress’ website.
Individual participants will receive receipts, whereas invoices will be available for institutions, companies, universities and other entities.
Registration will be possible at the Congress venue. Participants that complete their payment at the Congress will receive their receipts via post.
Invoices will be issued by the accounting office of the Special Account for Research Grants (SARG or ELKE in Greek) of the Agricultural University of Athens and will be send via post. Invoice issuing will not be possible at the congress venue or by the Organizing Committee.
For Poster session the maximum dimensions of the Poster are: Width 0.84 m and Height 1.20 m
